  2. Deposit and Cancellation: For projects requiring a deposit, the deposit amount is non-refundable once work has commenced. In the event of cancellation before work begins, the deposit may be partially refunded, minus any expenses already incurred.

  3. Digital Products: Refunds for digital products, such as pre-designed templates or digital assets, are generally not provided due to their intangible nature. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and samples before making a purchase.
